Location is perfect, just steps from Times Square, and the happy hour with free wine is a nice touch. The room was small, and the breakfast options were limited and disorganized, which was disappointing.

Despite some noisy air conditioning, weak breakfast, and unfriendly staff, the hotel's location was excellent. The room size and bathroom were good, with a comfortable bed. A paid airport transfer was convenient. Hidden fees and room cleanliness issues were disappointing, but the location near Broadway and Times Square was a highlight.

I had good 1 night in this hotel that's why I greatly enjoyed that. Public parking was nearby and excellent staff at all times. They offered ironing for free, that's pretty good.

The room was clean but minimalist, with a small bathroom lacking space for toiletries. The air conditioning was loud, leading to a restless night. The complimentary breakfast had limited seating, and valet parking was expensive. The TV had erratic functioning, and the bathroom lacked an anti-slip mat, posing a safety risk.

Overall it was a very very good stay for the last 3 nights of our stay. Food was appetising and fab, we greatly enjoyed it...

The rooms are updated and brand-new, the hotel is wonderful old. The rooms with two double beds. The check out is late.

The staff were so friendly, always answered our questions promptly and valet parking was a breeze - definitely worth it. The lobby and lifts were stunning, and the location couldn't have been better. Even the gluten-free options at Friedman's were a pleasant surprise! The ice dispenser across our room did get a bit noisy in the mornings, but it's an easy fix with a sign for quieter times. a fantastic stay! 🌟

Special shoutout to the well-stocked and clean bathroom, as well as the excellent dining options nearby like Junior's and The Rum House. The room was cozy, despite a less-than-stellar view.

Service at the reception was a bit unpolished—missing breakfast vouchers and fridgeless rooms raised an eyebrow. Despite a hiccup with room allocation, the staff turned it around to maintain a shine on the experience.

Imbibe early and often at The Rum House, the cocktail bar at the hotel which offers the perfect spot for afternoon drinks. The mixologists put their heart and soul into every drink, and the ambiance makes it feel like stepping into a scene from a classic movie.

The service was exceptional, with quick check-in and plenty of staff available. The room was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. I loved the happy hour in the beautiful lobby and the pack of nuts in the room. The proximity to theaters and subway stations was a big plus. one of my favorite accommodations in years.

I absolutely loved the vintage touches and art deco aesthetic of the hotel. The elegant decoration and general areas brought back memories of a bygone era, making me feel like I was stepping back in time to the Jazz Age. The accessibility for senior people was also impressive, with the wheelchair automatic outward swinging doors and incline concrete slope leading to the main lobby and elevators making it easy for those with mobility challenges to move around comfortably.

The only thing I would ask for to better accommodate senior travelers would be more attentive and respectful staff. Sometimes the children of the staff didn't show the level of respect and understanding that senior guests like myself deserve.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The $5 breakfast included in the stay was a great perk, and the grab-and-go options were delicious. The hotel staff even went above and beyond to make our 30th wedding anniversary special with treats and welcome notes. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated during our stay. a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The location was epic - we were right in the middle of everything! We hit up the urban park nearby where we ice-skated and danced to summer concerts, and then we went on a wild On Location Tour, visiting the sites of iconic movie scenes shot in Manhattan. It was like living in our favorite movies!

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting, and it was perfectly located, providing a quick trip from 42nd Street in Times Square making it easy to attend business events. The convenience of a 10- to 15-minute cab ride or a quick trip on the 7 train made it efficient for attending conventions, conferences, and trade shows.
